Sara, born in Guadalajara and raised in Puerto Vallarta, studied business administration at the Universidad de Guadalajara. With over 16 years of experience in elite customer service and sales—six of which were spent specializing in Punta Mita—providing exceptional luxury service is her primary goal with every guest.

Sara is dedicated to continuous improvement, ensuring she always provides the best possible experience in our destination. Passionate about nature, she enjoys various sports, including hiking, paddleboarding, padel tennis, surfing, soccer, yoga, and meditation. She believes in living life to the fullest by connecting body, mind, and spirit with the beauty around us.
